Christensen Arms Modern Precision Rifle Chassis Features The Christensen Arms Modern Precision Rifle Chassis is machined from 7075 billet aluminum a material chosen for its strength to weight ratio in demanding precision rifle applications. Built specifically to accept Remington 700 footprint short action receivers the chassis gives builders a drop in foundation without the need for custom bedding or fitting work. Weighing less than three and a half pounds it keeps the overall rifle weight manageable for shooters who carry their rifle into the field or across long strings of fire at the range. The tungsten Cerakote finish adds a layer of wear and corrosion resistance while giving the chassis a distinctive understated appearance that matches the rest of a modern precision build. A 14 inch FFT carbon fiber handguard ships with the chassis and includes M-LOK slots along its length for mounting bipods lights and other accessories exactly where the shooter needs them. An FFT carbon fiber cheek riser allows the comb height to be adjusted for a consistent repeatable cheek weld across different optic heights. The chassis also features an adjustable length of pull letting shooters fine tune the stock dimensions to their own body and shooting position rather than compromising on a fixed factory length. Born from Christensen Arms deep experience with carbon fiber manufacturing and assembled by hand in the USA this chassis brings proven competition grade engineering to any Remington 700 short action build.
