Chiappa Firearms Little Sharps Features The Chiappa Firearms Little Sharps is CNC machined to faithfully reproduce the classic falling block Sharps rifle scaled down to a more compact size while retaining the look and feel of the original design. Chambered in .22 WMR the single shot action loads one round at a time through the falling block a deliberate pace that rewards careful precise shooting rather than rapid fire. The 24 inch barrel carries a 1 in 16 twist rate suited to stabilizing .22 Magnum projectiles and the rifle wears a double trigger setup that lets shooters set a light release for more precise shot placement. These features combine to make the Little Sharps a rifle built around deliberate accurate single shot shooting rather than speed. Sighting comes from a tang mounted diopter rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation paired with a dovetail blade front sight that is also adjustable for windage giving shooters a traditional but precise aiming setup. The receiver is finished in Color Case Hardened steel a finish achieved through a heat treating process that produces a unique swirl of colors on every rifle making each one slightly different from the next. That receiver is matched to a hand oiled walnut stock and forend fitted by hand for a comfortable cheek weld and a classic look that echoes the original Sharps rifles of the 1800s. At 8.1 lbs and 37.6 inches overall the Chiappa Little Sharps is a finely finished single shot rimfire rifle for sale at GrabAGun built for collectors and shooters who appreciate traditional craftsmanship.
