Canik Obsidian Lite Features The Canik Obsidian Lite uses an enclosed emitter design that shields the internal optics from debris moisture and impact better than an open reflex sight which keeps the dot consistent when conditions get rough. Its 3 MOA red dot reticle balances precision and speed giving shooters a small enough point of aim for accurate shots while still acquiring fast at close range. The anodized aluminum housing is built to survive drops and recoil over the long term an important trait for a sight meant to live on a duty or range gun. An IP67 rating means the Obsidian Lite is sealed against both dust ingress and temporary submersion so weather is never a reason to leave it at home. Power comes from a single CR2032 battery rated for up to 50 000 hours of continuous runtime meaning years of use before a battery change is needed. The Picatinny mounting interface gives the Obsidian Lite broad compatibility across rifles and pistol platforms running a rail so shooters are not locked into one host gun. A black anodized finish keeps the optic s profile low and unobtrusive on top of a slide or receiver. For anyone looking to add a dependable enclosed red dot to a home defense range or duty setup the Canik Obsidian Lite covers the fundamentals without unnecessary complexity.
