B&T TP9 Features The B&T USA TP9 traces its lineage back to the MP9 and TP9 introduced by B&T in 2001 a platform that has continued to exemplify top-tier personal defense weapon design and performance. As one of the lightest select-fire 9mm weapon systems in the world the TP9 excels in roles requiring a highly concealable system that still delivers rapid accurate fire at close range. Its 5.11 inch barrel integrates a 25mm Tri-Lug muzzle device allowing fast attachment of a suppressor for teams operating in sound-sensitive environments. A slide trigger mechanism and ambidextrous charging handle and lower receiver give operators consistent control regardless of which hand they favor. The folding stock reduces the TP9 s overall length significantly for storage in a vehicle bag or under clothing supporting the concealment role the platform was built around. Black anodized finishing gives the receiver a durable low visibility exterior suited to surveillance and protective operations. Feeding from a 30 round magazine the TP9 provides ample capacity for a compact personal defense weapon in 9mm. B&T built the TP9 specifically for surveillance teams strike forces vehicle crews and personal security details who need a weapon that outperforms other submachine guns in size weight and versatility.
