Area 419 Hellfire Mount Features The Area 419 Hellfire mount replaces the SilencerCo Harvester 30 s rear end cap giving the suppressor a dedicated threaded interface that works with the Hellfire Self Timing Brake system once the brake itself has been removed from the barrel. Because the Generation 2 mount design does away with the collar used on the standalone brake the suppressor threads directly onto the Hellfire Universal Adapter in a left-hand direction keeping the assembled length as short as possible. Area 419 recommends applying blue Loc-Tite to the mount s external threads to hold it semi-permanently in place since a loose mount could otherwise unscrew when the suppressor is removed from the barrel. If that does happen the opposing thread directions make the two pieces easy to separate rather than binding together so the shooter simply reverses the mount and reinstalls it correctly. Made to meet the suppressor manufacturer s specifications despite not being affiliated with that manufacturer the mount is machined from aerospace grade stainless steel and finished in black nitride to resist galling through repeated mounting cycles.
