With one additional port and a larger diameter than the Hellfire the Sidewinder Magnum is built to deliver even more recoil abatement on harder kicking magnum calibers. The face of the brake is engraved with the caliber and a horizontal leveling line so the shooter can confirm correct orientation at a glance. Installation uses a universal adapter that torques onto the barrel with a 13/16 inch wrench and never needs to be removed again while the brake and collar assembly left hand threads onto that adapter. A simple round knurled nut allows the brake to be timed and locked by hand with no tools required and the design returns to zero if the brake is ever removed and reinstalled.
