Gravel racing now demands the same level of aerodynamic discipline historically reserved for World Tour races. Riders are pushing deeper into speed ranges where aero drag matters-and they're doing it on rougher terrain with bigger tires. The Terra Aero CLX is up to 5.84 watts faster than the previous generation, featuring a first-of-its-kind 50mm Chopped Aero Speed design. The wheelset combines carbon clincher construction with DT Swiss 180 EXP internals and Roval Aero Composite Spokes by ARRIS for optimized performance in gravel racing applications. The Fastest Gravel Race Wheels are Flat Chopped Aero Speed Shaping The aerodynamic speed of a 70mm deep road wheel at the weight & stability of a shallow gravel rim. Composite Spokes Roval Aero Composite Spokes by ARRIS outperform round profiles by 0.5-0.3 watts. 91% More Force to Flat 5.38mm bead hooks provide maximum flat resistance.
