The Mammut Haldigrat GTX HS Thermo Pant pairs a GORE-TEX shell with Polartec Alpha active insulation, built to hold heat at rest without turning into a sauna during a hard climb. A 28,000mm waterproof rating and Cordura reinforcement at the seams and ski edges stand up to sub-zero resort days and backcountry abuse alike, while a heavily recycled material blend runs through the shell, insulation, and lining. An integrated RECCO reflector adds a real safety layer for backcountry use, and leg pockets stay accessible even seated on a chairlift. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I climbed a skin track hard enough to work up a sweat and never had to vent, then stood around at the trailhead in genuine sub-zero cold and stayed warm the whole time."
