The Dancer 106 TI Ski carries two thin sheets of Titanal inside a Poplar wood core, adding the smooth stability of a metal-laminate ski without the usual weight penalty. A 106mm waist and tip-to-tail rocker let it float through fresh snow, push through chopped-up crud, and hold an edge back on groomers. XL 2. 5mm steel edges put more metal against the snow for grip when conditions turn firm. It takes on the full range of a mountain day without trading away energy or feel. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I hit a patch of refrozen crud at speed, and the ski stayed flat instead of getting knocked off line, the kind of hold I'd expect from something twice as heavy. Two sheets of metal is usually a tradeoff, and this is the rare build where I don't feel it."
