The Dynafit Seven Summits Boot is built to hold its own on both ends of a tour. A 60-degree cuff rotation and a forward-lean release open up a stride that doesn't fight the climb, while the PU shell and Driving Spoiler 2. 0 keep power transfer intact once the skins come off. The Marfran cuff and Grilamid spoiler add stiffness where the descent needs it without adding bulk to the walk. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I never felt like I was compromising on the way down just because the boot moved well on the way up. The transition from walk mode to ski mode took one flip of the lever and I was skiing normally within a few turns."
