The extension adds a pinky-friendly grip surface below the magazine baseplate providing meaningfully improved control over a stock unextended magazine. An easy loading follower is included to reduce thumb strain when topping off magazines at the range or before carry. A custom engineered spring is matched to the extension to maintain 100 percent reliable function across the modified magazine length. Unlike going to the larger P365 XL frame the MTX lets shooters keep the compact dimensions of the standard P365 while still gaining a longer more secure gripping surface.
