Thompson Center Essential Cleaning Kit Features The Thompson Center Arms Essential Cleaning Kit centers on a 4 ounce bottle of Number 13 Bore Cleaner formulated to break down the heavy fouling that builds up in a muzzleloader s bore after shooting. Following up with the included 0.75 ounce Natural Lube 1000 Plus Bore Butter helps protect the bore from rust and corrosion while easing the next loading cycle. Together these two products address both the cleaning and lubrication needs unique to muzzleloading firearms. Fifty cleaning patches are also included giving the shooter plenty of material to work the cleaner and bore butter through the barrel. A 0.23 ounce bottle of Super Lube Anti-Seize Lubricant rounds out the kit keeping threaded components such as breech plugs turning smoothly and preventing them from seizing after exposure to fouling and moisture. Packaged as a complete set this kit eliminates the guesswork of sourcing individual muzzleloader maintenance products separately. Each component is formulated specifically for black powder and muzzleloading applications rather than general firearm cleaning. Muzzleloader owners looking for a dependable all-in-one maintenance kit will find the Thompson Center Essential Cleaning Kit a solid choice for keeping their .50 caliber rifle in top working condition.
