Swab-Its AR-15 Star Chamber Cleaning Swabs Features The Swab-Its AR-15 Star Chamber Cleaning Swabs are engineered specifically around the star shaped chamber geometry found on 5.56 NATO platform rifles. The winged design of each swab slides in behind the locking lugs reaching fouling and carbon buildup that a standard patch or brush simply cannot access. Because the swabs are lint and fiber free they leave nothing behind in the chamber that could interfere with reliable feeding or extraction. This design also lets the swab double as an empty chamber indicator giving a quick visual confirmation that the rifle is clear. Each package includes three swabs giving an AR owner enough for several cleaning sessions before needing more. The swabs are washable and reusable so a shooter is not stuck buying new ones after every range trip which keeps the ongoing cost of maintenance low. This makes them a practical addition to any cleaning kit for owners who perform regular maintenance on their rifles. Anyone running an AR-15 platform gun who wants a faster more thorough chamber cleaning without extra tools will find these swabs a simple upgrade to their routine.
