SOG Specialty Knives Pocket Chainsaw Features The SOG Pocket Chainsaw is built around a 36 inch high carbon steel chain designed with bi-directional cutting teeth so it bites into wood whether pulled or pushed cutting faster than a traditional single-direction camp saw. High carbon steel construction holds an edge through repeated use on branches deadfall and small logs making it a practical tool for clearing a campsite or trail. The compact foldable design lets it pack down small enough to fit in a survival kit bug-out bag or glovebox so it is available exactly when it is needed most. Its sleek black finish resists corrosion in wet or humid outdoor conditions extending the tool s working life season after season. Heavy duty nylon wrist handles attach to each end of the chain giving two users a comfortable fatigue free grip that distributes tension evenly across the hands during extended cutting sessions. This two-person operation makes the saw more efficient than a single-handed folding saw when real wood processing is required. A nylon carry case rounds out the kit protecting the chain from snagging or corrosion while not in use and keeping the whole unit organized in a pack. Backed by SOG s reputation for durable outdoor tools the Pocket Chainsaw is a dependable addition to any survival or camping kit for sale at GrabAGun.
