Savage Axis/110 Ultralite Long Action Single Shot Adapter Features The Savage Arms Axis/110 Ultralite Long Action Single Shot Adapter uses an integral latch design that secures it firmly in the magazine well keeping it from shifting or rattling during use. It is built specifically for long action Savage platforms including the Axis Axis II 110 Apex and 110 Ultralite models so fitment is precise rather than generic. Shooters who want to limit their rifle to single-shot operation whether for hunting regulations training discipline or simple preference get a purpose-built solution rather than an improvised workaround. The adapter s long action sizing accommodates longer cartridges such as .30-06 Springfield and .270 Winchester that require the extra length in the action. Constructed from durable polymer the adapter is lightweight and resistant to the wear that comes from repeated insertion and removal in the field. It drops directly into place where the factory magazine normally sits requiring no gunsmithing drilling or permanent modification to the rifle. This true drop-in nature means a shooter can switch between magazine-fed and single-shot configurations whenever the situation calls for it. Finished in Black to match factory Savage furniture the adapter is a straightforward affordable way to add single-shot capability for sale at GrabAGun.
