Samson Hannibal Rail Features The Samson Hannibal Rail lets a shooter mount a micro red dot forward of the action on the Ruger Mini-14 without the need for a separate Picatinny rail clamp adapter keeping the optic lower and closer to the bore for a more natural sight picture. The top mounted Picatinny rail section accepts lights lasers or other accessories adding versatility beyond just the optic mount. Machined from aluminum and finished in Type 3 hard anodize the rail is built to resist wear and corrosion through repeated use in the field or at the range. Direct pin compatibility covers popular footprints including Trijicon RMR Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Vortex Venom and C-More. The kit includes the Hannibal rail itself a barrel clamp a 2 inch Picatinny rail section a QD sling swivel mount blue thread locker and the full hardware set needed for installation including MR1 and MR2 optic mounting pins. At 9.90 inches long 1.50 inches wide and only 5.60 ounces the rail adds minimal bulk while giving the Mini-14 a more tactical modern appearance. The graphite finish complements factory and aftermarket Mini-14 furniture alike. Designed specifically for the Ruger Mini-14 2007 and earlier the Samson Hannibal Rail is a direct hassle free way to add forward optic mounting to this classic rifle platform.
