Samson SAS/22 Folding Stock Features The Samson Manufacturing SAS/22 is the evolution of the company s popular folding stock line combining modern upgrades with the tried and true SAS-K tactical folding stock design. The chassis folds down to just 11 inches excluding the barrel making the rifle dramatically more compact for storage in a vehicle pack or safe. An adjustable length of pull ranging from 12 to 13 inches and an adjustable cheek riser let shooters tailor the stock to their build and preferred cheek weld. Ambidextrous QD sling attachment points add flexibility for how the rifle is carried and slung in the field. A 10.5 handguard with five-sided M-LOK positions gives shooters room to mount lights bipods and other accessories exactly where they are needed. The 3.75 nine-slot 1913 Picatinny scout rail extends usable optics real estate forward of the receiver for a forward-mounted red dot or scout scope setup. The chassis accepts standard AR grips without beavertails and ships with a Magpul MOE-K grip installed keeping the ergonomics familiar to AR shooters. At an overall length of 30 inches and 2.5 pounds the Samson SAS/22 delivers a complete modular upgrade for the Ruger 10/22 platform.
