RS Regulate GKR-10MS Features The RS Regulate GKR-10MS is a 10 inch M-LOK rail designed as a drop in fit for most 1.0mm stamped AKM style Kalashnikov rifles using standard handguards and handguard retainers. It installs similarly to a factory handguard requiring only a standard front handguard retainer to complete the mount which keeps installation straightforward for owners comfortable with basic AK maintenance. The rail is compatible with short style sling loops though it is not intended for full length or tall loop configurations like those found on East German or Yugo pattern rifles. Owners can still add their own KVAR style stainless heat shields for extra protection and continue using their factory cleaning rod. Finished in anodized black the GKR-10MS gives the rifle a modern uniform rail system for mounting optics lights lasers and other M-LOK compatible accessories. At roughly 12 ounces complete with hardware it adds minimal weight to the rifle while substantially increasing accessory mounting real estate. It is important to note the rail is not compatible with other rifle types or makes and it does not fit PSA rifles due to their unique cast front handguard retainer. For AKM owners seeking a dependable purpose built M-LOK upgrade the RS Regulate GKR-10MS is for sale at GrabAGun.
