Nexbelt EDC Features The Nexbelt EDC belt uses a stiff black leather strap designed specifically to support the extra weight of a holstered firearm or other protective device without rolling over or sagging through the day. This rigidity is critical for concealed carriers since a belt that flexes or rolls under load can compromise retention and comfort of an IWB or OWB holster. The ratchet style buckle system allows the belt to be adjusted in small increments rather than relying on fixed holes letting the wearer fine tune fit up to a 50 inch waist with far more precision than a traditional belt. A nylon backing on the strap resists sweat penetration keeping the leather s outer surface looking professional even after a long day of wear. The buckle itself measures 1 5/8 by 2 5/16 inches and is held together with stainless hex screws rather than traditional pins a patent pending design choice intended to improve long term durability over repeated use. Set screws on the buckle clasp provide an extra secure hold keeping the belt properly adjusted and preventing unwanted loosening during the day. A spring and magnet based trigger mechanism inside the buckle is engineered for a longer service life than simpler mechanical designs. At a strap width of 1 3/8 inches the Nexbelt EDC fits standard belt loops while still providing the structural support concealed carriers need from a dedicated gun belt.
