Mdt Sporting Goods Inc AICS Magazine Features The Mdt Sporting Goods Inc AICS Magazine uses a Double Stack to Single Feed transition design that makes the 10-round version approximately three quarters of an inch shorter in height than a standard AICS 10-round magazine. This reduced height makes mag changes easier when shooting from a prone position a critical advantage in precision rifle and PRS-style competition. Two internal ribs inside the magazine body help reduce friction between the cartridge and the magazine while smoothing the transition from double stack to single feed at the top. Manufactured from high strength steel the magazine is nitrided and finished inside and out with Cerakote Elite for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. This AICS-pattern magazine is compatible across a wide range of short action cartridges including .308 Win 6mm Creedmoor .243 Win .260 Rem 6.5 Creedmoor and 7mm-08 giving shooters flexibility across multiple rifle builds. It will also function at a reduced capacity in .22-250 Rem chamberings. Some Howa 1500 short action rifles may require slight modification for proper function with this magazine. The Mdt Sporting Goods Inc AICS Magazine is available for sale at GrabAGun for precision rifle shooters who need a durable low-profile steel magazine for AICS-pattern rifles.
