MagPod Monopod Features The MagPod Monopod base plate turns a compatible Gen 2 MOE or older PMAG into a field expedient support giving the shooter a stable point of contact against a barricade ledge or the ground for improved prone accuracy. Constructed from 15 percent glass fiber reinforced PA6 nylon the base plate is double injection molded for durability under repeated use and impacts. A TPU base pad is molded directly into the design adding traction on hard or slick surfaces so the monopod does not slip when weight is applied during a shot. The ergonomic shape also improves grip during magazine changes making reloads faster and more secure. A SPACEFRAME docking slot is built into the base plate to accept the Multitasker NANO or NANO2 tool sold separately turning the magazine into a compact mounting point for a multitool as well as a support. The patented design reflects years of refinement for use by competitors and field shooters who rely on expedient support positions.
