LanTac Spada Free Float Handguard Features The LanTac Spada Free Float Handguard is machined from extruded 6005A-T6 aluminum and finished with a Type 3 hardcoat anodized coating in Class 2 deep Black giving it both strength and long-term durability against the elements. Its patented anti-slip and anti-rotation system strengthens the handguard in the receiver end area and allows strong clamping onto the barrel nut eliminating the wobble that can plague lesser free float designs. Once installed the handguard cannot be removed from the barrel nut without removing all three fixing screws ensuring it stays locked in place through hard use. A continuous top rail runs the length of the handguard providing uninterrupted real estate for optics sights or other accessories. M-LOK slots are positioned at the standard 3 6 and 9 o clock positions with an additional off-set M-LOK location at the front of the handguard for mounting lights or switches in a forward position.
