Kel-Tec SU-16A Features The Kel-Tec SU-16A pairs a 20 inch barrel with a folding stock design giving shooters a rifle chambered in 5.56 that collapses down for easy transport and storage. This folding capability makes the SU-16A a practical choice for shooters with limited storage space or those who travel frequently to the range or field. The black polymer furniture keeps the rifle lightweight without compromising durability under regular use. Its distinctive design reflects Kel-Tec s approach to combining innovation with practical field performance. Feeding from a 10-round magazine the SU-16A offers a reduced-capacity configuration that works well for hunting seasons or ranges with capacity limits. The full 20 inch barrel length allows the 5.56 cartridge to achieve consistent velocity and accuracy at extended distances. Combined with the folding stock this rifle offers a unique balance of portability and shooting performance not commonly found in other semi-automatic rifles. For shooters seeking a compact foldable 5.56 platform the Kel-Tec SU-16A is a dependable option.
