JTS Group Airacuda Max Features The JTS Group Airacuda Max is built around a regulated pre-charged pneumatic power system that delivers consistent shot-to-shot velocity a key advantage over unregulated PCP rifles that lose power as the reservoir empties. Chambered in .25 caliber and tuned to 900 feet per second the Airacuda Max carries enough energy for small to medium game hunting and serious pest control work at realistic field ranges. The 18 inch barrel is fully shrouded which reduces the report significantly compared to an unshrouded design making the rifle more pleasant to shoot and less disruptive in populated hunting areas. A side lever action cycles the 10 round rotary magazine smoothly giving the shooter quick follow-up shots without breaking a cheek weld. An adjustable two stage trigger breaking at approximately 2 pounds gives the shooter precise control over the shot a feature more commonly found on premium PCP rifles. The fixed thumbhole wood stock finished in brown provides a stable comfortable grip along with an adjustable cheek riser to dial in proper eye alignment with a mounted optic. A Picatinny rail sits atop the receiver giving shooters a reliable mounting surface for scopes suited to the rifle s effective range. All metal construction throughout the action and barrel band reflects a durability standard built for repeated field use and the Foster fitting allows quick convenient filling between outings.
