HSM/Hunting Shack Rifle Ammunition Features The HSM/Hunting Shack Rifle Ammunition Classics .444 Marlin load drives a 265 grain jacketed flat point bullet to a rated 2000 fps producing 2354 ft-lbs of energy for hard-hitting performance on game. The flat point profile is well suited to tubular magazine lever guns where a pointed bullet resting against a primer would be a safety concern. Reloadable brass cases with boxer primers give handloaders the option to rebuild their own ammunition after firing factory loads. This combination makes it a practical everyday round for shooters who run their .444 Marlin regularly. HSM builds the Classics line around dependable everyday performance rather than premium or specialty loadings giving shooters solid ammunition at a reasonable price point. Consistent primer and bullet quality helps ensure reliable ignition and expansion shot after shot. The 20-round box size makes it easy to stock up for range sessions or hunting trips without committing to a large bulk case. Shooters running lever-action rifles revolvers or semi-automatic pistols across HSM s catalog will find the Classics line a dependable choice for regular shooting.
