Hatsan USA INC. Apolo Slug Features The Hatsan Apolo Slug departs from the shape of a conventional diabolo pellet using a slug-style profile engineered specifically for high-power air rifles capable of accurate shooting at extended distances. This shape produces a notably favorable ballistic coefficient which helps the pellet resist wind drift and maintain a flatter trajectory as range increases. Hornady-style hollow point design at the tip supports reliable expansion and weight retention on impact useful for both target work and small game hunting. Hatsan recommends this slug for rifles generating at least 25 joules of energy with best results seen in rifles producing 40 to 60 joules. Each container holds 250 rounds of .22 Caliber 25 grain pellets giving shooters a substantial supply for extended range sessions without frequent restocking. Consistent weight and shape from pellet to pellet help maintain accuracy across a full string of shots an important factor for shooters testing a rifle s true long-range capability. Because the design is intended for powerful PCP and spring rifles rather than lower-powered plinkers it rewards shooters who have already dialed in a capable platform. For airgun shooters chasing flatter trajectories and dependable expansion at extended ranges the Hatsan Apolo Slug is purpose-built for the task. Hatsan USA INC.
