Hatsan USA INC. Apolo Slug Features The Hatsan Apolo Slug departs from the shape of conventional pellets designed specifically for powerful air rifles capable of accurate shots out to 50 100 or even 200 meters. Its extremely favorable ballistic coefficient helps the slug hold a flatter trajectory over distance compared to standard diabolo-shaped pellets. Excellent weight retention on impact makes this slug well suited for hunting small game at extended airgun ranges. At 21 grains in .22 caliber it strikes a balance between speed and downrange energy for rifles built to handle heavier projectiles. To get the most from the Apolo Slug s design Hatsan recommends rifles producing at least 25 joules of energy with best results seen between 40 and 60 joules. This range allows the slug to stabilize properly across different barrel profiles and power levels. Packaged 250 to a bag with 10 bags to a case shooters have plenty of supply for extended range sessions or hunting trips. For airgun shooters looking to extend their effective range with a purpose-built slug the Hatsan Apolo is built for that job. Hatsan USA INC.
