Harvester Muzzleloading XTP Features The Harvester Muzzleloading XTP sabot bullet is built at .50 caliber with a .430 bullet diameter to seat properly inside a sabot sleeve for muzzleloader use. At 240 grains the bullet carries enough mass to retain energy downrange while still expanding reliably at the velocities typical of muzzleloader loads. Hornady s XTP jacket and cavity design is engineered to open consistently across a wide velocity window so accuracy and terminal performance hold up whether the shot comes at close range or further out. This consistency is what reloaders rely on when building their own muzzleloader ammunition for hunting. Each pack ships with 12 bullets giving a hunter enough components to load up for a full season without running short. Deep controlled penetration is the core design goal of the XTP delivering the kind of terminal performance needed for a clean one-shot kill on big game. Reloaders who want dependable expansion without sacrificing penetration will find the XTP a proven choice for muzzleloader hunting. This Harvester Muzzleloading XTP sabot bullet is available for sale at GrabAGun for hunters loading their own muzzleloader ammunition.
