Firefield Rangepoint Features The Firefield Rangepoint strips away menus and clutter in favor of a straightforward two button layout one button to activate and measure and one to toggle between yards and meters. This no-frills approach lets a hunter get a range reading quickly without fumbling through settings when a shot opportunity appears. The unit measures from 5 to 800 yards with 1-yard accuracy at 100 yards giving shooters confidence in the number displayed on the top mounted LCD screen. Six times magnification through a 25mm objective lens and a 7 degree field of view make it easy to locate and range a target even at distance. A scanning mode allows the Rangepoint to continuously update distance readings while tracking a moving target or sweeping across a field for multiple reference points. An auto-off function conserves battery life between uses and the unit runs on two AAA batteries for up to 400 hours of operation meaning fresh batteries can last an entire season of hunting. At 5.8 ounces and IPX2 rated for water resistance the Rangepoint is compact and light enough to carry in a pocket or hang around the neck without becoming a burden. For hunters who want reliable yardage information without a steep learning curve the Firefield Rangepoint delivers fast accurate readings in a rugged field ready package.
