Caliber Gourmet Smith and Wesson Pepper Spray Features The Caliber Gourmet Smith and Wesson Pepper Spray delivers 2 ounces of oleoresin capsicum an active ingredient derived from hot peppers that causes severe irritation to the eyes throat and skin on contact. The spray reaches up to 15 feet giving the user standoff distance from an attacker before they can close in. A single short blast can incapacitate one or more aggressors for up to 30 minutes buying critical time to retreat or call for help. Operation is simple: point the unit at the threat and depress the actuator button to deploy the irritant. A flip-top safety keeps the actuator covered during normal carry reducing the risk of an accidental discharge in a pocket or bag. The included clip lets the canister attach directly to a belt waistband or purse strap for fast access when seconds matter. Finished in Black the compact design is easy to carry daily without drawing attention.
