Caldwell Rock BR 2 Features The Caldwell Rock BR 2 Front Rest is built on a heavy iron base with a wide three-point stance that eliminates flexing and unwanted movement forming a rock-solid foundation for benchrest accuracy. Backlash-free windage adjustment offers a full 1 inch of range at the rest which translates to over 150 inches of travel at 100 yards for fine-tuning windage corrections. An oversized elevation wheel rides on ball bearings and delivers 3.5 inches of elevation range equal to more than 525 inches of travel at 100 yards giving shooters precise control over their point of aim. Three spiked steel leveling feet with removable rubber pads keep the rest firmly planted and level on any shooting bench surface. Two front bags come included with the rest: a molded DeadShot Air all-weather bag and a 3-lobe nylon bag designed for wider benchrest stocks. An adjustable front bag tensioning system lets shooters fine-tune the bag fit against their particular stock shape for the most consistent hold possible. Building on more than 20 years of in-the-field experience and customer feedback Caldwell packed the Rock BR 2 with every feature a dedicated benchrest shooter demands. Precision rifle and benchrest competitors looking to extract the most accuracy from their rifle will find this rest a dependable foundation for every session.
