Byrna Technologies TCR Features The Byrna Technologies TCR Basic Kit is built as a versatile reliable magfed launcher for home defense and recreational shooting in a compact military-style platform. Its 11 inch high-performance barrel is paired with a semi-auto CO2 powered action capable of 300 fps giving the TCR real range and repeatable performance for less-lethal applications. Four standard Picatinny rails make the TCR easy to customize and upgrade letting owners add optics lights or other accessories to suit their needs. The adjustable orange stock allows users to tailor the length of pull for a more comfortable stable shooting position so the platform can be set up to fit different body types and shooting styles. Folding front and rear sights come standard providing a fast backup aiming solution even when accessories are mounted on the rail system and their folding design keeps them out of the way when not needed. A vertical front grip adds additional control during use helping steady the launcher for more consistent shot placement while the black receiver finish gives the TCR a clean tactical look that matches the rest of the kit. The kit includes both a 7-round and a 12-round extended magazine giving the TCR a 12+1 capacity when the larger magazine is loaded and letting the shooter switch between a compact and an extended setup depending on the situation. A fully padded carbine carry case is included for transport and storage protecting the launcher and its magazines between uses. Weighing 4.5 pounds and measuring 21 inches overall the TCR Basic Kit is a complete ready-to-customize less-lethal launcher system for defense-minded users who want a lightweight maneuverable platform straight out of the box.
