American Defense UIC MOD-1 Features The American Defense UIC MOD-1 is built on a billet aluminum upper and lower receiver set with fully ambidextrous controls including a right side bolt catch and release lever and a left side magazine release giving shooters of either hand full command of the rifle. The Raptor-LT ambidextrous charging handle supports fast snag-free manipulation from either side of the receiver. An ALG ACT trigger delivers a crisper more consistent break than a standard mil-spec trigger improving shot placement under both slow and rapid fire. A competition style magwell speeds up reloads which benefits both defensive and competitive shooters who rely on quick magazine changes. The 13.9 inch barrel is pinned and welded to a 16 inch overall length keeping the rifle NFA-compliant while preserving the muzzle velocity advantages of a longer barrel and the attached Surefire Eliminator 3P flash hider reduces visible signature during low-light firing. A premium bolt carrier group with a Nitride QPQ finish improves corrosion resistance and reduces friction for smoother cycling over extended use. Magpul MOE grip and MOE-SL stock furniture round out the ergonomics package with an adjustable length of pull and a familiar grip angle. Finished in a Mil-Spec Type 3 hard coat anodized Black and shipping with one 30 round magazine the American Defense UIC MOD-1 is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who want a feature-rich ambidextrous carbine.
