American Defense UIC-MOD-1 Features The American Defense UIC-MOD-1 is built around the company s patented fully ambidextrous control set allowing the bolt catch bolt release and magazine release to be actuated from either side of the rifle without ever breaking contact with the grip. This design keeps the shooter faster and more effective on both offense and defense whether on duty or in recreational training. The 14.5 barrel is pinned and welded to a muzzle device that brings total length to 16 keeping the rifle federally compliant as a standard configuration while preserving the shorter barrel s fast handling characteristics. An A2-style flash hider caps the muzzle and the ALG ACT trigger delivers a crisp mil-spec-improved pull for every shot. The CMMG-style free float M-LOK handguard and Midnight Bronze Cerakote finish give the UIC-MOD-1 a distinct rugged appearance while providing full-length accessory mounting for lights optics and grips. Magpul s MOE pistol grip and MOE-SL collapsible stock offer a proven ergonomic interface that adjusts to fit any shooter s build or body armor setup. The Raptor-LT ambidextrous charging handle further reinforces the rifle s left and right-handed usability letting any shooter run the gun with equal confidence from either shoulder. Shipping with one 30-round magazine the UIC-MOD-1 is ready to run out of the box for duty training or home defense use. American Defense UIC-MOD-1 Specifications Manufacturer: American Defense Mfg.
