Allen New Castle Buttstock Cartridge Carrier Features The Allen New Castle Buttstock Cartridge Carrier is built from full grain leather a material chosen for its durability and its ability to hold its shape around seven rifle cartridges over years of field use. The carrier mounts directly to a rifle buttstock keeping spare ammunition attached to the gun itself rather than in a separate belt pouch or pocket that can be left behind. Its seven-round capacity is sized to fit cartridges ranging from .223 Remington up to .300 Winchester Magnum covering most common centerfire hunting calibers. This buttstock mounting style keeps the extra weight balanced close to the shoulder rather than hanging off a belt or sling. Brown leather gives the New Castle carrier a traditional classic appearance that pairs naturally with wood-stocked hunting rifles while still functioning well on synthetic stocks. The simple elastic or loop-style cartridge loops hold rounds securely during a hike through rough terrain yet allow quick one-handed access when a follow-up shot is needed. Because the carrier rides on the stock hunters always know exactly where their reload is without patting down pockets or a pack. Allen s New Castle carrier gives hunters a dependable low-profile way to keep ammunition on hand for the moment it counts.
