Spyderco Bug Features The Spyderco Bug carries a 1.25 inch drop point blade machined from 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel ground full-flat for a razor sharp plain edge suited to fine detail cutting tasks. A stonewashed finish on the blade adds a subtle texture that resists fingerprints while complementing the knife s upscale presentation. The thumb hole opening mechanism allows quick one-handed deployment despite the Bug s small 2.91 inch overall length. A stainless steel backspacer supports the slipjoint locking mechanism giving the blade secure lockup in the open position without the mechanical complexity of a liner or framelock. Nickel silver handle scales showcase genuine abalone inlays with precision-machined interframe construction that fully encircles each inlay for a flush seamless fit against the handle material. The edges of the scales are beautifully chamfered to further highlight the abalone s natural gold-colored tone giving the knife jewelry-quality craftsmanship in a pocket-sized package. At just 4 ounces and 1.68 inches closed the Bug is compact enough to ride comfortably on a keychain or in a small pocket. Collectors and everyday carry users looking for a beautifully finished miniature folder will find the Bug a standout choice available for sale at GrabAGun.
