Rock Shox Pike Ultimate CHARGER 3. 1 RC2 29" Fork Buttery Smooth. The new Rock Shox fork is smooth as butter, the ultimate weapon designed for trail riders who want the full Pike experience without compromise. The Charger 3. 1 RC2 damper is the headline here: an expanded adjustment range gives you more room to dial HSC, LSC, and low-speed rebound to match your terrain and riding style, whether that's loose and loamy or hard-pack and chunky the damper will keep you glued to the trail. Butter Cups sit inside the air spring and damper shafts, cutting roughly 20% of high-frequency trail chatter before it reaches your hands, so you finish long days with less arm pump and more control. The Debon Air+ air spring adds plushness off the top of the stroke with support through the mid-stroke and a higher ride height that builds confidence when the trail is steep. On a 35mm tapered-wall aluminum stanchion chassis, the Pike Ultimate carries all of that capability without unnecessary bulk.
