What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore the Leader Jacket through a full storm cycle at the resort and never felt a drop get through, even standing in lift lines during heavy snow. The underarm vents let me dump heat fast on the skin track up before dropping into the good stuff."Decades on the mountain have shaped every detail of the Spyder Leader Jacket, and it shows the moment we zip it up on a stormy morning. We push through heavy snow and biting wind knowing the 30K/20K EXO SHIELD laminate is doing its job completely, while targeted interior stretch panels let us move through moguls and tight trees without ever feeling boxed in. A removable, helmet compatible hood adjusts fast when the wind picks up on an exposed ridge. PrimaLoft Black ECO insulation locks in warmth on the coldest chairlift rides without adding bulk, and fully sealed seams back up the waterproofing at every stitch. Underarm vents dump heat the moment the pace increases, while a removable powder skirt, data card pocket, and mesh goggle pocket round out a jacket built for skiers who spend entire seasons on the hill.
