What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I put the Insano Snowboard Boot through everything on a week-long trip, and the dual BOA H5 setup gave me a level of precision I've never had in a stiff boot before. The Closer Wrap eliminated every pressure point across my forefoot, and the Michelin outsole gripped ice and packed snow better than anything else I've ridden. For riders who want absolute control on the most demanding terrain, this is the boot."When the objective is steep, consequential, and unforgiving, the boot underneath us has to be completely dialed. The Ride Insano Snowboard Boot is built for exactly that kind of riding, bringing together a maximum stiffness platform with a fit system refined enough to feel custom from the very first run. The Intuition Dream Liner molds with heat and wear to the unique shape of each foot, and the Tallboy Harness provides a two-piece tall structure that improves foot and heel hold without creating the locked-out sensation that can rob a stiff boot of its edge feel. The lacing architecture on the Insano is its defining achievement. Dual BOA H5 multi-directional dials control upper and lower zones independently, letting us dial in exact tension across the foot without creating pressure spikes. The Closer Wrap replaces hard plastic guides with wrapping panels that distribute forefoot pressure evenly for a more anatomical, responsive feel, while Sequence upper lacing reinforces the connection between foot and shell. A Flex Slime Tongue 2. 0 adds flex and rebound exactly where the boot transitions during a turn, and the Michelin Hybrid Traverse outsole grips every surface from icy groomers to wind-buffed sidecountry with confidence-building traction. The Eco+Slime midsole, made with 32% bio content, absorbs the punishment of steep landings and hard snow without going dead underfoot.
