The K2 Mindbender 96 Ski is built around one idea: a ride that stays composed no matter what's underfoot. An Aspen and Paulownia wood core keeps the platform light and structurally sound, while a Titanal I-Beam running through roughly two-thirds of the ski's width adds the stiffness needed to hold an edge without ever feeling harsh. Dark Matter inserts positioned along the forebody and mid-tail damp out chatter before it reaches the boot, and an All Terrain Rocker profile blends tip rocker with underfoot camber so turns start easily and finish with control. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I finished a run and realized I hadn't fought the ski once, not through the flat sections, not through the steeper pitch at the bottom. That kind of quiet confidence is what makes a ski feel balanced instead of just capable."
