The Rally Cat bundle pairs a playful, mid-soft board with a binding that adds backbone the moment conditions turn firm and scraped-off. The board's True Medium Camber locks in an edge even when the snow gets serious, and the Mercury FASE binding's stiffer platform reinforces that hold without taking away the board's quick, easy turning feel on softer laps. Its rear-entry system also gets a rider back into the next run fast, whether that run is playful or firm. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I hit a patch of scraped-off, firm snow expecting the board to skate out from under me, and the binding's extra stiffness is what keeps the edge locked instead. The moment I am back on softer snow, the same setup feels playful again, not like it is still bracing for the last section."
