Pedersoli Wyatt Earp Features The Pedersoli Wyatt Earp shotgun is built with chromed barrel bores under a blued exterior finish a combination that improves corrosion resistance inside the barrel while keeping the classic blued look on the outside. Its case hardened frame carries the Wyatt Earp name stamped prominently on the side giving the gun an authentic period appearance favored by Cowboy Action Shooters who want their equipment to match the look of the era. Colt-style hammers can be cocked together in one smooth motion echoing the operation of classic single-action revolvers from the same era and keeping both barrels ready to fire without fumbling for a second cocking motion. The action opens easily with one hand and shell extraction is quick making reloads fast during timed Cowboy Action stages where every second on the clock counts toward a competitive run. The stock is checkered walnut in a pistol grip pattern providing a comfortable secure hold that helps manage recoil while adding to the shotgun s classic aesthetic on the line. At 7.05 pounds and 37.75 inches overall the gun balances well for offhand shooting during competition swinging naturally between targets without feeling front heavy or sluggish. The 20-1/16 inch barrels are chambered for 3 inch shells giving shooters flexibility in load selection for both target loads and heavier hunting shells depending on the stage or application. Functional well-built and styled after the firearms of the Old West the Wyatt Earp shotgun performs as well as it looks rewarding shooters who want a dependable side-by-side that carries genuine period character onto the Cowboy Action course.
