Howa Field Tek FT12 Features The Howa Field Tek FT12 cycles on a gas-operated action engineered to run a wide range of 12 gauge loads reliably from lighter dove and quail loads up through heavier waterfowl shells. The 28 vent rib barrel with fiber optic front sight gives hunters a fast consistent sight picture on birds moving through cover or across decoys. An oversized bolt handle makes clearing malfunctions or manually cycling the action easier in cold weather or with gloves on and the crossbolt safety keeps the gun secure between shots. This shotgun is built for hunters who need dependable cycling and quick handling across varied field conditions. The fixed Mossy Oak Bottomland synthetic stock provides genuine concealment while resisting moisture and abrasion better than traditional wood furniture and the ventilated recoil pad helps absorb the punch of heavier magnum loads. OD Green Cerakote on the barrel and receiver adds a distinct durable finish that resists corrosion in wet hunting conditions. QD sling cups allow hunters to quickly attach or remove a carry strap for long walks between blinds or fields. Five included extended chokes give hunters the flexibility to pattern tight for turkey or open up for close-range upland flushes rounding out a complete field-ready package.
