Faxon Firearms PRO Features The Faxon Firearms PRO pistol is built around a 12.5 Gunner-profile barrel chambered in 5.56 / .223 Rem paired with a mid-length gas system that softens recoil impulse and improves reliability compared to shorter gas systems common on similarly sized pistols. The adjustable low-profile .625 gas block lets shooters fine-tune the system for different ammunition and suppressor use giving the platform the flexibility to run suppressed or unsuppressed without a change in reliability. A MuzzLok ported steel flash hider reduces visible signature while helping control muzzle rise during rapid strings of fire keeping the sight picture on target between shots. The superfinished 5.56 M16 bolt carrier group is paired with a gas-blocking charging handle for smoother more reliable cycling and the reduced friction from the superfinishing helps the action run cleaner for longer between services. A Faxon Enhanced Match Trigger built in partnership with Schmid delivers a crisp consistent trigger pull that noticeably improves precision over standard mil-spec triggers giving shooters a cleaner break for faster more accurate follow-up shots. The 10.75 M-LOK handguard provides extensive real estate for lights foregrips bipods and other accessories without adding unnecessary bulk letting a shooter configure the pistol for range work home defense or duty use. An included SB Tactical SBA3 brace gives shooters a stable adjustable shooting platform suited to both range use and personal defense scenarios extending the point of contact for improved control during rapid strings of fire. Faxon s reputation for precision-machined barrels and match-grade internals carries through every component of this PRO Line pistol build reflecting the same manufacturing standards the company applies to its component-level barrels and bolt carrier groups sold separately.
