Cimarron Firearms Thunderer Features The Cimarron Firearms Thunderer is built as a traditional single-action revolver and its dual cylinder configuration means the same gun can run either .45 Colt or .45 ACP simply by swapping cylinders a real advantage for shooters who want ammunition flexibility without owning two firearms. The fixed sight setup keeps the profile clean and traditional while the standard trigger delivers the crisp single-action break collectors and shooters expect from this style of revolver. At just over 39 ounces the Thunderer balances well in the hand for extended range sessions. The case hardened frame is a hallmark of this era of revolver design and here it pairs with a blued barrel and cylinder for a striking two-tone look. A one-piece smooth walnut grip rounds out the Thunderer s classic aesthetic while offering a comfortable traditional hold for single-action shooting. The 4.75 barrel length keeps the revolver quick to draw and manageable to carry making it a strong fit for cowboy action competitors and history-minded shooters alike. Built with genuine craftsmanship the Thunderer honors the design lineage of period revolvers while delivering dependable modern manufacturing.
