Charles Daly 500 Coach Features The Charles Daly 500 Coach pairs a break open side by side action with a single selective trigger letting the shooter choose barrels without a second trigger pull. Beretta/Benelli Mobil style interchangeable chokes ship with five tubes covering cylinder through full so the gun adapts from close quarters coach gun duty to more open field work. A rubber recoil pad and manual safety round out a shotgun built for reliable repeatable operation. The 20 barrels keep overall length short at 37 making the gun quick to swing and easy to maneuver through brush and around blinds. The double barrel layout also gives an immediate second shot with no pump or cycling action required a real advantage when following up on flushing birds. Wood to metal fit on the checkered walnut stock is a hallmark of the 500 series giving the gun a finished classic double gun look that stands apart from a synthetic-stocked pump or semi-auto. Sling swivel studs and a recoil pad spacer are included for a tailored fit and easy carry in the field letting the shooter adjust length of pull and add a sling for long walks. The steel receiver and barrels wear a matte black finish that resists the elements while keeping the gun s traditional lines intact. The fixed pistol grip stock and bead sights keep the handling fast and instinctive for close range work. Whether used for upland hunting or as a stylish coach gun for the range the 500 Coach delivers old world double gun charm with modern chokes and reliable extraction in a package built to last for generations.
