Brownells 44/40 Creme Features The Brownells 44/40 Creme uses a legendary deep-penetrating cold blue formula reworked into a stay-put creme so the product stays exactly where it is applied rather than running off a vertical surface. This gives users far more control during touch-up work on scratches holster wear or small refinishing jobs than a thin liquid blue would allow. Surface preparation is quick and simple requiring only that the steel be clean and free of oil before application. The wipe-on wipe-off method makes it approachable for hobbyists while still delivering the solid black coloring professionals expect from a quality cold blue. Packaged in a case of twelve 4 fluid ounce containers this creme blue is suited to shops clubs or households that go through bluing supplies regularly and want to avoid running out mid project. Beyond firearms the same steel darkening properties make it useful around the house and garage on other steel tools and hardware in need of a blued finish. Brownells has built its reputation supplying gunsmiths and shooters with dependable finishing and maintenance products and this creme blue continues that standard. The Brownells 44/40 Creme cold blue is available for sale at GrabAGun for anyone who needs a dependable touch-up blue always within reach.
