Mec-Gar Para Ordinance P18 .38 Super 17-Round Magazine, Black The Mec-Gar Para P18 .38 Super 17-Round Magazine is a premium, Italian-engineered feeding solution built for shooters who demand uncompromising performance and longevity. Crafted from certified AISI 1010 carbon steel, the magazine tube undergoes a precision heat-treatment process to maximize strength, resist wear, and maintain dimensional stability under extreme use. Its surface features a deep blued finish, not only for corrosion resistance but also to reduce glare and complement the firearm's aesthetics. Designed for flawless function, the internal feeding ribs are expertly formed to guide each cartridge smoothly into the chamber without drag or misalignment, even under rapid fire. The high-impact polymer follower ensures consistent upward pressure, while the high-tensile music wire spring delivers uniform feeding force across the entire 17-round capacity. A flush-fitting metal floorplate adds structural rigidity and allows easy disassembly for cleaning or maintenance. With over five decades of experience and more than 100 million magazines produced, Mec-Gar is trusted by leading firearm manufacturers and professional shooters worldwide. This model is specifically tuned for the Para-Ordnance P18 and compatible double-stack 1911 platforms like ARMSCOR and Rock Island models chambered in .38 Super or 9mm.
