The Walther Model 3 is a classic German bolt-action rimfire rifle that exemplifies the quality craftsmanship and precision engineering that established Carl Walther as one of Germany's premier firearms manufacturers. Built as a sporting and target rifle, the Model 3 offered shooters a refined combination of accuracy, reliability, and elegant styling. Its traditional design and high-quality construction reflect the era when German rimfire rifles were among the finest sporting arms produced in Europe. This example is in good condition and features an attractive fiddleback stock that enhances its visual appeal. The wrist is marked with an "F W" monogram, adding a unique touch of period character. The original Walther butt plate remains present but is cracked on both sides. Despite these signs of age, the rifle retains the charm and craftsmanship that have made vintage Walther sporting rifles highly desirable among collectors and enthusiasts of classic German firearms.
