The PSA GOA-15 is a limited-edition, stripped AR-15 lower receiver introduced by Palmetto State Armory (PSA) in July 2025. It was created as a strategic, crowd-funded collaboration with Gun Owners of America (GOA) to directly finance a high-profile federal lawsuit aimed at dismantling the National Firearms Act (NFA). To help fund what GOA titled its "One, Big, Beautiful Lawsuit"-a legal strike aiming to eliminate unconstitutional registration and tax burdens on suppressors and short-barreled rifles (SBRs)-PSA committed to a strict production run. Engravings and Markings: The lower is roll-marked with a custom "GOA-15 MULTI" model designation. To solidify its mission, every receiver features a unique serial number utilizing the custom prefix "ENDNFA" (ranging from ENDNFA0000 to ENDNFA9999).
